There’s a Wocket in my Pocket by Dr. Seuss


I’ve been looking for some great links to share this week and have found some awesome activities for There’s a Wocket in my Pocket! by Dr. Seuss šŸ™‚ Since Dr. Seuss’s birthday is coming up on March 2nd, I thought some parents/teachers might be looking for cute Seuss activities.

First stops: Check out Muffin Tin Mom’s rhyming word chart that she created with her own children or Spell Outloud’s sorting rhymes actvitiy ļ»æ

Next stop: Fun in First created a long/short vowel activity to go along with the story and also features adorable pockets you can make with your chompers.

Finally: Check out Mrs. Gilchrist’s class blog! She created some awesome activities around the book including writing their own version of the book based on their classroom which could easily be adapted to use at home with your chompers!!
